Omni Publication April 1980 English Science & Science Fiction Mint Omni Magazine, founded by Kathy Keeton and husband, Bob Guccione was a magazine, started in 1978 which intertwined the topics of science and science fiction. Omni Magazine was introduced in an era of other popular publications aimed towards new or younger non-professional science enthusiasts. However, Omni was the first magazine directed to the already well-informed scientists and technicians. Featuring articles on science, the paranormal, parapsychology and short sci-fi stories, Omni was published in five markets around the world. Production of Omni Magazine ceased in 1998 after the death of co-founder Kathy Keeton.
