April L'Orange began life as a terribly serious little old woman and has been growing younger ever since. More at home in the fifty-first century than in this one, when she's not writing or working as a freelance editor, she can be found beating back the yard with a machete. She and her husband currently live in upstate New York, where they are owned by two cats and the Squirrel Mafia.

Current publication credits include short stories from Pink Narcissus Press, Dagan Books, and Crossed Genres magazine. For more information (and occasional science geekery), please visit http://aprillorange.wordpress.com.
